Originally, I wanted to call them Panther and Meadow to pay tribute to the famous place near Mount Shasta, but the name "Panther" was vetoed... due to obvious goofyness... a person can't name a housecat panther, or lion or cheeta... or so I was told... Panther Meadow is a native American holy place with a spring that has healing water... I never went there... However, I've been many other magical places near mount Shasta... especially Castle Crags... the water there is freshly melted snow running over granite... 99.99999% H2O
