This could be applied to any field... "Tonight in my dreams I'm going to read a good book and write down the Plot." or "Tonight in my dreams the marketing manager will give a speech about the new ad campaign and I'll be taking notes." Once you get down on paper the basic idea, then all you have to do is work, work, work to get it done...
I just awoke with an image of a branding iron in the shape of a side view of a human head with the word profile made out of rebar inside of the outline...
Here is a drawing of what it would look like...

on the other hand... most of my art is done by fiddling with distort filters in photoshop until I see a shape that I recognise... in this example, the blue and black pentagon reminds me of looking down on a city... like, high rise apartment buildings in New York...

This image came to me in a dream...
a giant tropical fish swimming in thru a doorway...
electricity generators from excess kinetic energy
Electricity generators driven by exercise machines.
Stair step machine at the health club could be coupled to
12 volt auto alternators.

Excercise bicycles coupled to 12 volt auto alternators.
Storage in standard auto batteries.
Elevator one way trip down. A quick drop to lower floor while loaded with a person moves an empty platform to top floor.
At HSU Founders hall, a thousand students walk up AND down staircase to class. Some would select to ride platform down allowing energy to be captured.
Here is a dream I had... could be part of a science fiction story.
We were standing in a long line waiting to pay at the cashier and
then proceed with the buffet dinner.
Someone saw a servant robot and asked them for a cup of coffee while
we wait. Soon the robot
provided coffee and then someone else asked for a sandwich... pretty soon
we were all being served
by robots and we failed to pay at the cashier. The robots were
comfortable with this because they
were programmed to do a specific job and the servers didn't have
any interest about cash collection.
This all took place at a giant student housing apartment in San Jose.
I remember that they had
modified the garden sprinkler systems by attaching a fifty cent
coin to the top of the pipe so the
water would hit the coin, splash off and be distributed over the lawn uniformly. I stole about a
hundred fifty cent pieces... good money! I bet they replace them
with more fifty cent pieces because
the design and manufacture of a custom water diffusion piece
would cost about five dollars... This
could turn out to be a major source of income for me.
just a dream...
